An independent tool, built in Madrid, that makes signing a document as easy as sending a message: no printing, no scanning and no paying for the basics.
Why it exists
Signing a lease, a school permission slip or a quote shouldn't mean hunting for a printer or paying a monthly subscription. The best-known e-signature platforms are built for large companies: they charge per seat, require an account for everything and watermark free documents. iSignYourDocuments covers what most people actually need — individuals, freelancers and small businesses — with a clear, free tool.
What we do
- Sign documents (PDF, Word or images) from your phone or computer, with no sign-up and no watermarks.
- Send for signature with a link (email or WhatsApp), including a signing certificate that anyone can verify later.
- Contract templates you can fill in and sign, or upload your own company contract.
- Get paid on signing: your client signs and pays the deposit in the same link.
How we work
- Privacy first. When you sign for yourself, the file is processed in your browser and never uploaded. When you send it for signature, it is encrypted before leaving your device and deleted after seven days.
- Legal transparency. We explain what a simple electronic signature under the EU eIDAS Regulation is good for — and what it isn't.
- No tricks. The basics are genuinely free: no hidden expiring trials and no documents held hostage until you pay.
How it's funded
The free service is supported by ads on guide and template pages and by the Pro plan for people who send many documents. Ads never appear inside your documents or the signing flow.
