Problems signing or sending: tell us your device, browser and the step where it fails. A screenshot helps a lot.
A request that didn't arrive: include the date and the signer's email. For security, never send us the full signing link or the document.
Pro plan, invoices or cancellation: write from the email you signed up with, or manage it yourself from your dashboard.
Privacy and personal data: to exercise your rights, put “Data protection” in the subject. Details in the privacy policy.
