Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Signing your own documents is unlimited, with no sign-up and no watermarks. You can also send 3 documents a month for signature without paying.
How is my plan activated after paying?
Automatically, on the isignyourdoc.com account that uses the same email address you paid with. If you don't have an account yet, create one with that email (or sign in with Google).
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes, there's no commitment. From your dashboard, “Your plan” → “Manage subscription”, you can cancel, change your card and download receipts. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe. We never see your card details.
Is the signature legally valid?
It is a simple electronic signature under the EU eIDAS Regulation, valid for most private agreements in the EU and the UK. Documents that legally require a qualified signature or a notary are not covered.
