How it works

  1. Fill in the details. Your name, your client, the service, price and deposit. The contract builds itself as you type.
  2. Download or send. Download the PDF, or press “Send for signature”: the signature boxes are already placed and your client’s email is filled in.
  3. Your client signs on their phone. They open the link, read and sign. You both receive the signed PDF with a time-stamped audit trail.

Frequently asked questions

Are these templates free?

Yes. Filling in, downloading and sending a template for signature is free. Free accounts can send 3 documents a month; Pro removes the limit.

Which countries do they work in?

They are written in neutral terms and you choose the governing law and currency. They cover what most jurisdictions expect, but they are general templates, not legal advice.

Can my client pay the deposit when signing?

Card payment inside the signature link (Stripe) is the next feature on our roadmap for the Pro plan. For now the deposit is stated in the contract.

Do you store my data?

The form runs in your browser; nothing is sent until you choose to send the contract. Sent documents are encrypted end to end.
