Get paid on signing

Signature and payment in one link. Your client reads the contract, signs from their phone and pays the deposit by card without leaving the screen. The money goes straight to your Stripe account.

Who it is for

Freelancers and small businesses that ask for a deposit when closing a job: photographers, designers, builders, trainers, rentals… Instead of sending the contract, waiting for the signature and chasing a bank transfer, you close everything at once.

How it works

1. Connect Stripe From your dashboard, click "Connect Stripe". If you don’t have an account, it’s created on the spot; Stripe will ask for your business details and bank account. It’s free.
2. Send the document with a payment When sending for signature, tick "Collect a deposit on signing" and enter the amount and description. If you use a template with a deposit, it’s pre-filled.
3. Your client signs and pays They open the link, read, sign and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You both get an email with the receipt and the signed document.

What it costs

iSignYourDocuments charges 1% of each payment, deducted automatically. Stripe adds its usual card fee (in Europe, around 1.5% + €0.25). No fixed fee: if you don’t collect, you pay nothing. Available with any plan that lets you send for signature.

Security

Stripe processes the payment on its own page; we never see card details. The document is signed and stored before the payment starts, with a timestamp and audit trail, and the payment is recorded in that trail.
