Contract expiry calendar: never miss a date again

Quick answer: Log every due date (end of contract, renewal, rent review, notice period, payment) with the notice you want and get it in your inbox and on your phone’s calendar. If there is a payment, request it from the same place.

Which dates to track

How the iSign calendar works

Create the due date with its date, type, repeat and reminder notice. See it in an iPhone-style monthly calendar and in your Overview, get an email when it is due, and subscribe from Google Calendar, Apple or Outlook to see it on your phone. If the due date comes from a document signed in iSign, it stays linked.

When the due date carries a payment

Tick “something must be collected”, add the amount and your client’s email: the payment request goes out with the same notice as the reminder, the client pays by link and the instalment is marked paid with its receipt. That is iSign Payments, included in Pro.

Free and Pro

Free: up to 3 active due dates with email reminders. Pro: unlimited, calendar sync and client payments.

Requesting payments from clients is a Pro feature

€4.99/month and 1% per payment: if you don’t collect, you don’t pay. Includes unlimited due dates, unlimited sends and your brand.

Frequently asked questions

Can I choose how far in advance it reminds me?

Yes: same day, 1 day, 1 week, 15 days, 1, 2, 3 or 6 months before, and you can change it any time.

Does it show in my iPhone or Google Calendar?

Yes. There is a private subscription link: add it once and the due dates appear and update by themselves.

What if I mark a due date as paid before the date?

The date does not change; the instalment is marked paid and no reminder is sent. If it repeats, the next one carries on.

From contract to payment, without chasing anyone

Create the due date, add your client’s email and we request the payment. Once paid, the instalment is marked automatically and you both get the receipt.
