Professional codes for psychologists require free and informed consent; a signed written document is the best evidence and a simple electronic signature counts as writing with date and time. Yes. Add them as two signers and they sign in turn, each from their phone. The final PDF carries both signatures with date and time.
Does it work for online therapy?
Yes. Send the specific online-therapy consent together with the rest and the client signs it before the first video call.
Is it safe for such sensitive information?
Documents travel and are stored encrypted on servers in the EU and you can delete them whenever you want. We recommend downloading them to your client record and removing them from the dashboard.
Can I charge for the first session on signing?
Yes, with "Get paid on signing". It is optional: you can send the documents without payment.
