Legal validity
A performance contract is a private service agreement, valid with a simple electronic signature between the artist (or their company) and the hirer (venue, promoter, company or private individual). Employment-status rules for performers vary by country; what you sign here fixes the terms of the performance. Does it work if the hirer is a private individual (a wedding)?
Yes. They sign the same way from their phone, without creating an account. To have both partners sign, add them as signers.
How do I include the rider?
Add it as pages of the same PDF or as a second document in the same link. Everything is signed together.
