Why it fits

Booking closed in minutes

No more "I’ll sign it when we meet". The signed contract and the deposit arrive before the client cools off.

One link for contract and payment

With "Get paid on signing" the money goes straight to your Stripe account. iSignYourDocuments keeps 1%.

Several documents at once

Contract, image release and parental consent in one link, one signature per document.

Proof of signature

Every document carries a timestamp, an audit trail and an optional certificate. If a cancellation is disputed, you have the evidence.

A photography services contract signed with a simple electronic signature is valid across the EU (eIDAS Regulation, art. 25), in the UK and in the US (ESIGN Act and UETA). An image release can be signed the same way: state who consents, for which uses, media and duration, and make sure the person accepts it expressly. For minors, a parent or legal guardian signs.

Do you send documents for signature often?

With Pro: unlimited sends, several signers, reminders, your logo and name on every send, and documents kept for 12 months. €4.99/month, cancel anytime. Create your account to try it free for 7 days — without Pro you still get 3 free sends a month.

Frequently asked questions

Can I collect the wedding deposit when the contract is signed?

Yes. When sending, tick "Collect a deposit on signing", enter the amount and the client pays by card right after signing. The money goes to your Stripe account and our fee is 1%.

Is an image release signed on a phone valid?

Yes, as long as the text is clear about the uses (website, social media, contests, advertising) and the person signs it expressly. The audit trail stores the date, time and IP address.

What if I already have my own contract as a PDF?

Upload it as is, with your logo and clauses, mark where each party signs and save it as a company template to reuse on every booking.

How many contracts can I send for free?

Three sends a month at no cost. With Pro (€4.99/month) they are unlimited, with automatic reminders, your logo in the emails and documents kept for 12 months.
