Legal validity
Training agreements and informed consents are valid with a simple electronic signature. A waiver does not exempt a professional from liability for negligence; it proves the information given and the acceptance of normal risks. Health data in the questionnaire is a special category under GDPR (art. 9) and similar laws: you need explicit consent and security measures; here it travels and is stored encrypted and you can delete it whenever you want.

Is it safe for health data?
Documents are encrypted and stored on servers in the EU; they are deleted after 7 days (free) or 12 months (Pro) and you can remove them earlier. Download them to your own system.
