Legal validity
Creative services contracts and assignments of rights are valid with a simple electronic signature. Copyright law in most countries requires an assignment to be in writing and signed by the owner, and to specify the rights, uses, duration and territory: include this in the contract and have the client sign it expressly. Moral rights (attribution) are not assigned.

Yes. When sending, tick "Collect a deposit on signing" with the deposit. Collect the balance on delivery however you prefer, or with another send with payment.
How do I make the number of revisions clear?
Our template has a section for scope and terms; write the rounds included and the price of extra ones. Signed, it is part of the contract.
Is a rights assignment signed this way valid?
Yes, if it is in writing and details rights, uses, duration and territory. The electronic signature with audit trail proves who accepted it and when.
